Replacing incorrect order
In the event that the product is not what you ordered, we commit to replace it as soon as possible, free of charge.
*The product should not be used and must be accompanied by the legal purchase document.
Return of Defective Products
Defective products have a period of three months from the date of purchase to be returned, if item is defective you can send it to us for inspection and replacement. In this case, immediate replacement of product will be issued or credit in cases of unavailability. Shipping costs within the warranty period are charged to us.

Product Return Policy
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days starting from the date of the relevant purchase receipt. In this case if the product is returned in the state it was received, without being unsealed and accompanied by all the forms and its packaging in perfect condition, the return product will be accepted. However the cost of shipping during purchase and return will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns will not be accepted for products on sale and specials.
